Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort started as a simple picnic destination for family and friends of the owners and from then on it grew to what is it today which is haven for relaxation and a day of lazing under the hot tropical sun.

For the guests’ comfort and convenience, the resort offers seventy-five elegant and luxurious accommodations that are scattered trhoughout the resort. Each room has its own verandah that overlooks a well-manicured lawn. Private paths lead the way to the white sand beach and the inviting waters. Couples who wish to have more privacy can stay at the solo cottages and for those who are with their families can have duplex bungalows that can house a big family of six. Group bookings can also be accommodated in the resort’s single – storey clustered rooms. Standard amenities in all the rooms are private toilet and bath, intercom facility, safety depost box, welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival, complimentary reading books, newspaper, slippers, Aviary entrance and use of the children’s playground.

For function hall needs, Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort have five venues to choose from. There is the Talicud which can accommadate 12 persons and is perfect for board meetings. The Samal, Kaputian and the Pavilion can seat from 80 to 450 persons. The Baech can accommodate up to a thousand people. These function rooms are equipped with a registration area, PA system, LCD projector, overhead p[rojector, whiteboards and flip charts, DVD player, flag poles, photocopier,internet access and a function coordinator.

Dining at the resort can be had at the Kananan which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and refreshments. The menu includes a wide array of Filipino cuisine and International favorites. Its specialty is the Paella, the owners’ choice and probably the best in the Island. There is also the ice cream kiosk that sells a wide variety of frozen delights. The Tinda’an is a convenience store.

The Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort boasts of its almost eight hundred meter shoreline which is the only place in this part of Samal Island that has maintained its shores by feeding the fishes, clean them with having periodic “Scubasurero Activities”, and has placed a “safety net” to ward off jelly fish and rubbish, discouraging anglers from poaching the area and encouraging its visitors to enjoy the marine life and leave the same so that others may also enjoy them. Its white sand beach as well as its surroundings are combed and cleaned throughout the day giving a pure and clean ambiance for its visitors and workers alike. Lifeguards are scatterred throughout the swimming area for the safety of the guests. At the “Baybay Masaje” or at the “Ba’ay Masaje”, guests can relax and destress thorough a cool massage at discounted prizes. Apart from the enjoying the beach and the blue waters, children can also enjoy playing at th resort’s playground and park. The Aviary is right next to the children’s park where kids and adults alike will enjoy viewing the resort’s collection of pheasants, pigeons, parrots, eagles, lories, lovebirds, doves, hornbills and many more.

The shortst and fastes way to get to Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort is by plan from manila or Cbu to Davao City. From Davao City International Airport, you can hail a taxi or ask the officer in charge of the cueing taxies for help and give you a taxi that will take you to Paradise Island Dock at Sasa. Do not forget to get your taxi note from the officer for your reference in case of taxi driver abuse. As you enter our private road leading to our dock, you will be met by the resort’s Receptionists and help you board their colorful boats. Please arrange with the resort what is your preffered mode of transportation and your arrival time.
