Pangasinan Philippines: Puerto del Sol in Bolinao
Puerto del Sol is a Mediterranean-inspired beach resort and hotel but with irrefutable Filipinio flavor.

Guests will feel right at home with the resort’s luxurious accommodations. Guests can choose from the Mansion Villas, the Bahay Kubos, Casitas and the Nipa Huts for their accommodations. All the rooms except for the Nipa Huts are air-conditioned, private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, satellite channel TV, refrigerator, intercom system, coffee/tea maker, mini bar, telephone, room safe and a private balcony or deck.
Puerto del Sol have function rooms to cater to corporate affairs as well as receptions for weddings, birthdays, baptismal, reunions and a whole lot more. They also have party packages, day tour packages and wedding packages. The resort have a fun pool and a kiddie pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sports facilities, massage services, water activities and game facilities.
The resort offers day tours to visit some of Pangasinan’s famous attractions like Patar Light House (2nd Tallest Light House in North), Rock Formation, White Beach, Enchanted Cave, St. James Cathedral, Giant Clam Shell (U.P. Marine), Tara Falls, Bolinao Falls, Balingasay River, Hundred Island in Alaminos, Cakupangan Cave in Mabini, Bird Watching Mangrove in Bani and Umbrella Rock in Agno.
The resort can be reached by land. It is just a few hours from the metropolis. You may choose to take either one of two routes: you may pass through Zambales or Tarlac. There are also buses going straight to Bolinao from Manila daily. If you are coming from out of the country or from other places in the Philippines, you can fly via Subic and then take a three-hour commute from there. Guests coming from Baguio can pass by Dagupan to get to Puerto Del Sol.
