The resort hotel offers fifty seven deluxe rooms, five family rooms, six superior family rooms and sixteen beachside villas as its guests’ accommodations. All units have air-conditioner, private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, cable TV, mini bar and verandah.

It is open from 7am to 7pm with lifeguards on duty. Challenging activities are also offered by the resort hotel. Indoor games include table tennis, darts, billiards, mahjong and table games. Outdoor sports are basketball, beach volleyball, lawn tennis, giant chess and a 14-hole putting green. For tour and trips, the hotel’s Hash House Harrier special trekking adventure takes guests to enjoy scenic views of the mountains. A day trip to Fortune Island by boat can also be arranged. A ropes course facility is available which is facilitated by Center for Outdoor Recreation and Education (CORE). Ropes course elements include multi vine, rope tunnel, 2 rope bridge, 3 rope bridge, low V, confidence line, spider web, electric fence, high wall, leap of faith, rappelling and trust fall and many others.
The resort hotel offers services from safety and security to emergency response. A gift shop and convenience store is located at the lobby. It is open Mondays to Thursdays at 8am to 5pm and Fridays to Sundays at 8am to 7pm. In case of emergencies, the resort hotel has a clinic with in-house nurse and an on-call doctor. it is open daily from 8am to 5pm. For after hours emergencies, basic first aid kit is available at the front desk. Baby sitting services is available upon request and arranged prior to stay as well as round trip transportation from Manila to the hotel and vice versa.
Meetings and events are not a problem for the resort hotel. Its function rooms are well-equipped to make sure that every occasion is a success. The Batangas, Matabungkay, Lian, Balayan and the Inakaya rooms are always at the ready for any event with up to 150 persons seating capacity. Some of the function room equipments are slide projector, colored television, overhead screen and projector, CD player, podium, PA system, whiteboard and markers and flip charts. For outdoor events, the Wishing Well, Pavilion and Fiesta area are available. The hotel’s business center offers photocopying, fax, internet access and secretarial services.
There are five dining options at Matabungkay Beach Resort & Hotel. Cafe Caballero offers sumptuous all-day dining a la carte menu with a variety of local and international cuisine. There is pipe-in music daily and live entertainment every weekend. it is open daily from 6am to 12 midnight with breakfast being served up to 10am. The Camachille Bar and Grill lets guests experience dining by the beach with an array of char-grilled dishes from local seafood as well as international selections. It is open Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 12 midnight. The Cogon Bar serves concocted cocktails and a wide selection of beverages. it is open from 10am to 12 midnight. A haven for the music lovers is the Gotcha Club. It has a wide selection of local and international songs and is open from 7pm to 12 midnight. The Inakaya private room is an air-conditioned private dining area with a roof deck that offers a panoramic view of the resort and the Coastal Bay Area.
Matabungkay Beach Resort & Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Lian, Batangas which is only about 2.5 hours from Manila.
