Angeles City Philippines: Nayong Pilipino Theme Park in Clark Freeport Zone

Nayong Pilipino is a mini Philippines because most of the islands are represented. The park is divided into a number of geographic displays namely; Ilocos, Cordillera Central, Tagalog, Bicol, Visayas and Mindanao. Each of the display has a typical house or building and a typical landscape of the region like Bohol’s Chocolate Hills and Cebu’s Magellan’s cross. Some Philippine heroes’ houses are also featured in the park. The Colonial Plaza is replete with Spanish influence, from cobbled walksways to structures which can be used as function areas for any special occassion like weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. Filipino folklore is also highlighted in Nayong Pilipino sa Clark. Famous to young and old is “Malakas and Maganda.” This is the Filipino legend of how man and woman came about. Throughout the year, the Park will host different activities that are unique in each region like for the month of May, the feature is Santacruzan and the Aeta way of life that includes features on their cooking, farming and wedding tradition.

Guests can enjoy the serenity of the barrio life and the tranquility of the park. Visitors can choose from the seven cottages that are available as accommodations. There is also a restaurant near the cottages that is open from 8 am up to 6 pm.

Nayong Pilipino sa Clark can be reached by land. From the Clark Free Port Main Gate take the Duty Free Shops bound jeepney. Tell the jeepney driver to kindly unload you at the Parksons Duty Free Shop, from there wait for the Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo service vehicle to fetch you. This is if you like to commute. If you have a car, enter the Clark Free Port Main Gate, at the intersection of Manuel A. Roxas Avenue and A. Bonifacio Avenue turn right, and proceed left to Claro M. Recto Highway at the Y-intersection then continue until you reach the Centennial Road on your right. Look for the landmark Parksons Duty Free Shop at the corner of Centennial Road and Claro M. Recto Highway, and then proceed until you reach the gate of Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo. Or, you can continue past the Claro M. Recto Highway upon reaching the intersection of Manuel A. Roxas and Centennial Road turn left proceeding to the gate of Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo.
