Cellulite is a condition where in the skin of the thighs, abdomen, buttocks and upper arms becomes dimpled or lumpy. It is also called orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, adiposis edematosa, status protrusis cutis and many more. In mild cases, the dimples can only be seen when the skin is pinched while in severe cases of cellulite, the skin shows visible ripples and bumps even when not pinched.

In our ever-busy world, we cannot find enough time to sleep, let alone a good night’s rest. What we do not know is that sleep has more effect on our health than we think.
Sleep can make us thinner. The less sleep you get, the higher your body mass index tends to be. Research shows that people who sleep five hours a night were found to have 15 % more ghrelin which is a hormone that increases hunger and 15 % less leptin which is a hormone that suppresses it than those who have eight-hour sleep.
