There is an old expression of “sleeping like a baby and “sleeping like a log”. Every one of us wants to have a good night’s sleep and will gladly do anything in order to get one. Flipping through glossy magazines will give you an idea what flawless, porcelain skin looks like. Skin with cellulite looks like a golf ball.
Cellulite is a condition where in the skin of the thighs, abdomen, buttocks and upper arms becomes dimpled or lumpy. It is also called orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, adiposis edematosa, status protrusis cutis and many more. In mild cases, the dimples can only be seen when the skin is pinched while in severe cases of cellulite, the skin shows visible ripples and bumps even when not pinched.

Many of us toss and turn in our bed at night or get up from bed just to answer the call of nature and alas! sleep has left us. When morning comes, we’re groggy and looks drunk. Sleep is the best stress buster that nature has given us. Eight hours of sleep a day guarantees beauty as well as brains. During sleep, our body heals itself and recharge so that we’ll be ready to face another day when we wake up.
